I’m Raechel Kilcup, a Chief Financial Officer with more than 30 years of accounting, financial management, and operational leadership experience.

My CFO experience spans several years, including my current responsibility for the financial management of a complex, multi-entity, multimillion-dollar Seattle-area business across transportation, valet, hospitality, events, and related operations. My work includes financial reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, profitability analysis, accounting-team oversight, financial modeling, system implementation, risk review, executive reporting, and more.

My career has advanced from hands-on financial management for startups and small businesses, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial functions, to overseeing complete accounting teams, financial systems, and major decisions at the executive level of multimillion-dollar companies. I understand both how the numbers are built and how day-to-day accounting decisions affect the larger financial health of a business.

Along the way, I have managed finances and operations for startups, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, residential and commercial construction companies, dental and other professional practices, and larger, more complex organizations. I have also helped launch and develop businesses, improve workflows, train teams, strengthen financial performance, and build reporting that owners and boards can actually use. These industries demonstrate the range of my experience, not the limits of the businesses I can serve.
